MEET THE TEAM
ALICE SHARPE, DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER
After graduating from Oxford University in the UK, Alice ditched her dreams of becoming a forensic anthropologist and was lured into the exciting world of documentaries.
Working as a development producer at Firecracker Films' UK office, Alice developed some of the companies first documentary series, selling to networks such as Channel 4, MSNBC, BBC, and Animal Planet US. After finding success in the UK, Alice was later invited to open up Firecracker Films' Los Angeles office in 2009, before later joining format-legend Natalka Znak's (Hell's Kitchen, Wife Swap, Love Island) Hollywood-based office.
Having developed documentaries and multiple reality series for networks including A&E, OWN, TLC, Lifetime, and Discovery; Alice has worked with everyone from preacher kids, the militia, nudists, outlaws, gypsies, and even pregnant dads!
Alice is always on the lookout for the next sub-culture, extraordinary talent, and excuse to climb a mountain, or get lost in small-town America.
SKIP ARNOLD, PRODUCER-EDITOR
Skip is a multiple Emmy Award recognized television editor, based out of Los Angeles, California. After graduating with a bachelors in Film and Television from the University of North Texas in 2007, Skip, with the company of his cat Roxie, headed out West in pursuit of a glamours career in HOLLYWOOD!
Skip quickly found his niche editing reality based television, with credits on some of televisions largest programs, including America's Got Talent, Little Big Shots, Better Late Than Never, and The Academy Awards. Skip is currently one of the most sought after talents in his field.
